We currently offer free shipping to the UK and Hong Kong but should you be somewhere else and really need our cashmere, just send us a message and we can try our best!

 

Shipping Time & Cost

We aim to have your cashmere with you within 2-3 days. Our delivery is free unless we are shipping somewhere not listed. 

 

We believe in your satisfaction

At Story Cashmere, we believe in the quality of our products. We also want to make sure our customers are 100% happy. We will refund or exchange faulty or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Please simply provide proof of purchase and contact us directly via email. You will need to pay for the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used items, or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any questions don't hesitate to contact us.
