Refund policy

At Story Cashmere, we believe in the quality of our products. We also want to make sure our customers are 100% happy. We will refund or exchange faulty or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Please simply provide proof of purchase and contact us directly via email. You will need to pay for the return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, used items, or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and notify you. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Any questions don't hesitate to contact us.
